Where do you ship to?
We ship items for FREE all across Europe, if you are unsure about your location, give us a message and we will confirm our availability to get the package to you swiftly, and as environmentally friendly as possible.
How long will it take to get my package?
Depending on where you live in Europe, it can take up to 14 days maximum for your package to arrive, usually it will take 3-7 days, but we allow two weeks depending on some of the slower eco-friendly delivery options.
What animals are your products for?
Mainly cats & dogs, but we also have a range covering horses, rabbits and guinea pigs.
